Serenity Guesthouse — Website Design Case Study
A hospitality website built around room presentation and direct enquiries.

The Challenge
Guests were discovering the guesthouse through third-party listing platforms, where every booking carried commission and the property looked identical to everything around it. There was no owned space where the rooms, setting and experience could be presented properly.
The Solution
We designed a website that leads with photography and makes a direct enquiry the easiest action on every page. Room types, amenities and location were given dedicated space rather than being compressed into a listing template.
Design Approach
A calm, image-led layout with generous spacing so photography carries the page, and typography kept understated to avoid competing with it.
Technical Implementation
Optimised and lazy-loaded imagery, semantic heading structure, unique page metadata and a mobile-first responsive grid.
Result
The guesthouse now has an owned booking channel where enquiries arrive directly rather than through a third-party listing.
